This is how Giulia Martinengo Marquet describes her early days with Verdine SZ, who had her breakthrough between the ages of nine and ten, reaching her peak in 2018 with Nations Cups and five-star CSIO Grand Prix events, including:
Her maternal lineage includes many international show jumpers, and she is the direct sister of Maya S and Bonheur S, both 1.60m performers.
Maya S produced the stallion Quid Pro D'O (by Elvis Ter Putte), currently competing in 1.45m international classes with British rider Robert Moseley.
In the British circuit, we also find Emeralud Z, a product of the cross between Emerald and Elaura S, Verdine’s sister.
Another promising relative to watch is Seven Million vh Aegroschot (by Million Dollar), a rising star in international competitions.
Verdine SZ is a modern, blooded, and incredibly brave mare. She passes on to her offspring a strong character, excellent jumping technique, and exceptional quality.
Her first offspring, now six years old, are already making a name for themselves, successfully competing in young horse classes at CSI events.
