Description

Winner of the National Championship for 3-year-old stallions, later qualified for the National Championship for Young Horses from 4 to 6 years old, and winner of the 6-year-old Stallion Masters, Jarnac then went on to be ridden by both Reynald Angot and Timothée Anciaume, with whom he achieved numerous top-level results: winner of the Chantilly 4* Grand Prix; winner of the Nations Cup in Gijon; 2nd in Lummen; 3rd in the Gijon 5* Grand Prix; and 5th in the Madrid 4* Grand Prix. He concluded his career with Spanish rider Julio Arias Cueva, with whom he competed at the European Championships in Madrid in 2011. Jarnac boasts a large number of offspring competing at the 5* level and continues to rank among the top 100 in the WBFSH standings. Jarnac is a stallion with great structure and stature. He passes on strength, good hind leg technique, and a champion’s attitude. He is particularly suitable for mares of medium to large size with bloodlines.
