"I bought Favinia when she was 5 years old. The trial was quite controversial, but from the very beginning, she proved to be a top-class horse."
These are the words of Valentina Isoardi, Favinia’s rider, who competed with her in several 1.55m and 1.60m Grand Prix events flawlessly.
She placed in the 1.55m classes at CSI competitions in Verona, Milan, and Montefalco, as well as in the 1.50m classes in Catania, Verbier, Prague, Arezzo, Cattolica, and Gorla Minore. She also won the 1.45m class at the prestigious CSIO in Rome, Piazza di Siena.
Favinia is an extremely modern mare, blooded and respectful, highly competitive in every class she has compete.
She is the daughter of the great Havinia, who competed at 1.60m with Gianni Govoni and represented Italy at the WEG, and of Calido I, a cornerstone stallion of Holsteiner breeding.
As a broodmare, she has already produced several horses competing at the international level, most notably Kivinia, a major international winner in 1.55m classes with Bas Moerings. She is also the dam of Kovinia and Kavinia, both competing internationally.
Additionally, she is related to Lovin Linea (1.50m), VDL Group Elexia (1.60m), and Tyrone VDL (1.60m).
